Invariably I find that they notice things within my work that I never even given conscious thought to consider. For instance, that excerpt about Paola. I've never thought about it as a scene of one-upmanship but it is: Molly the experienced one doesn't or didn't want to be outdone by the (seemingly) inexperienced Paola. <br /><br />Anyway, thanks again for posting this.
